  1. Visit superstate.com/register

  2. Select either an Individual or Institution account

  3. Provide your name, email, and create a password

  4. Register for 2FA (recommended)

Eligibility

  • Qualified purchasers: May access both on-chain equities and Superstate funds. Individuals need at least $5 million in invested assets, and institutions need at least $25 million.

  • Other investors: May access on-chain equities only. Investors must provide proof of accreditation and qualified purchaser status to access Superstate funds.

Applications

After logging into the Investor Portal, you'll be prompted to complete two types of applications:

  1. Investing Entity Application (required): This application collects information about your investing entity to verify your eligibility to access either on-chain equities or Superstate funds. For a list of documents that we require during this application, please see Onboarding: Required Documents

  2. Fund Applications: Qualified Purchasers who wish to invest in Superstate Funds must complete separate applications for each one to verify your eligibility to invest. Non-qualified purchasers must first provide proof of accreditation before they can access these applications.

Application Review

Once you've submitted your entity and fund applications, our team will review them carefully. We assess your eligibility based on several factors, including compliance checks, anti-money laundering (AML) screening, and accreditation status. If we need any additional information, we'll reach out to you directly.

Following approval, we'll send you an Investment Agreement that is populated with information provided in the application process for your review and execution. Once this is signed, you're ready to start investing.

Entity Setup

Before making your first investment, you'll need to configure your Allowlist and Payouts from the Settings page:

  • Transaction Preferences: Choose the default methods you’ll use to fund purchases and receive payouts.

  • Allowlist: Choose the wallet addresses authorized to hold your on-chain equities or Superstate fund tokens.

  • Payout Destination: Choose the bank account or wallet address where you can receive payouts when redeeming a Superstate fund.
